Climate Change

Welcome to East Cambridgeshire District Council's Ideas Forum

East Cambridgeshire District Council has joined more than 200 councils across the UK to declare a climate emergency. The Council has a significant role to play in protecting and improving the environment for future generations. As part of our work to address this, we have created an ideas forum.

This is a place for residents to share their ideas with the Council to help us deliver net zero carbon emisions by 2050. Ideas will be sent to the Council for consideration and used to form part of our Environment and Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan.

We want to encourage residents to be a part of our progress to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
