Where possible East Cambs District Council will remove graffiti from public and private property. You can inform the Council if you see graffiti by contacting the Community Safety Officer on 01353-665555 or by emailing email@example.com. Please give as much detail as possible about the location and type of graffiti as we cannot remove the graffiti without permission from the property owner.
The Graffiti Removal Project
East Cambridgeshire District Council, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, the National Probation Service are working together on a graffiti project which involves removing graffiti from public areas and private premises (business and domestic). This service is offered free of charge.
Photographs are taken of the graffiti before it is removed and used by the Police who will visit local schools in an effort to identify the offenders.
If you are the property owner (or are a leaseholder or tenant and have the owners agreement), and would like to take advantage of this service, please download, complete and return the Graffiti Project Indemnity Form (a link is provided at the bottom of this page).
It is also now possible for you to complete this form online. Once you have completed the form you must print and sign the form, then send it to the following address so that we can process your request:
